WMS · Furniture Ops
From paper
to real-time.
A warehouse management system for Injadic's furniture wholesale operation - purchase to delivery on one screen. Live stock, no overselling, scan-verified picking.
Prepared by Gaincue for Injadic Sdn Bhd · 2026-06-20 · rev 2026-07-03
01 · The problem
Today, the warehouse runs on paper.
Stock counts you can't trust
No single source of truth for what's actually on hand.
Overselling
Orders taken for stock that isn't there - found out at the truck.
Manual delivery lists
Built by hand, no warning on stock-outs or overloaded trucks.
Memory-based picking
Staff pick from recollection; wrong items ship.
Hand-typed paperwork
DOs and invoices produced late and error-prone.
No audit trail
When stock goes missing, there's no record to follow.
02 · The cost of staying manual
Every gap is a recurring bill.
Overselling costs customer trust, plus emergency restock at higher prices.
Wrong picks mean re-delivery - a second truck, a second driver, a lost day.
No audit trail means shrinkage goes unexplained and uncontained.
As volume grows, each of these gets more expensive - not less.
03 · The vision
One screen. The whole operation.
Live stock, today's deliveries, and scan-to-pick - for office and warehouse, on any device.
- Real-time inventory by status
- Per-region delivery board
- Scan-verified outflow

04 · The catalog
One item. Many boxes. Staff see one.
Some products ship in several boxes - a wardrobe as box A + box B, two boxes making one set. Your salespeople see a single item with its price and how many complete sets are available. The box-level SKUs stay in the warehouse, where picking and barcodes need them.
- Front office: one item, one price, quantity available
- Warehouse: every box its own barcode & weight
- Item codes match AutoCount - one code, not the variants

7 sets availWarehouse sees
min(10, 7) = 7 complete sets sellable
05 · End to end
One unbroken chain - purchase to payment.
Event-sourced
Every unit movement is an immutable record. Counts are always explainable.
Reserve on order
Stock is allocated the moment a sale confirms - overselling becomes impossible.
Accountant-ready
A clean document trail an auditor can follow end to end.
06 · What you gain
Six wins, day one.
01
Stock truth, live
Event-sourced - every unit explainable.
02
No oversell
Caught at order time, not at the truck.
03
Scan picking
Wrong item is blocked, not shipped.
04
Smart dispatch
Auto weight/volume vs truck capacity.
05
Auto paperwork
DO + SST invoice generated from the order.
06
You own the data
Self-hosted. No per-seat SaaS rent.
07 · Low device cost
A shared station. Drivers on their phone.
The warehouse picks and packs at one shared scanning station - a dedicated device with a barcode scanner that validates every item in real time. Drivers use their own phone to capture proof of delivery and to scan each box on unloading - so a wrong or short handover is caught before the POD is signed. Online-first: one station to set up, no per-employee app rollout.

08 · How we deliverUpdated Jul 2026
Built in phases. Value early.
PHASE 1
CoreCore WMS
Item + box catalog (one item, many SKUs), price tiers, inventory ledger, procurement, sales + allocation (partial DOs + 2-month order expiry), delivery load planning, scan pick/pack/ship/POD, unload scan at delivery, quarantine, returns, roles.
Run the warehouse on it.
PHASE 2
Finance module
Auto DO + SST invoices, customer payments, AR aging, credit notes, credit-limit control, AutoCount sync.
Add-on engagement.
PHASE 3
Growth roadmap
Enterprise bundle: sales analytics, after-sales/complaints, goods-in-transit. Beyond: catalog, customer portal, route optimization, multi-warehouse, serials.
Enterprise tier + future SOWs.
Q&A · Your requirementsNew
Your brief, answered.
Branches
One debtor code per branch under a single parent company, with a roll-up view. Clean receivables and credit control per branch.
Too many SKUs
The front line sees one Item, its price and quantity. The box-level SKUs stay in the warehouse for picking and barcodes.
Multi-box price
Price sits on the Item (WA-032-10 = RM300); boxes carry none. Stock shows as complete sets, e.g. min(10, 7) = 7.
AutoCount codes
The WMS sends one Item code that matches your list; the A/B boxes never leave the WMS. Documents to DO here, invoicing in AutoCount.
Returns, no finance yet
Stock returns work now - Returned, Damaged, or quarantine for open-box parts. The credit note follows with Phase 2 finance.
Partial-order expiry
The delivered lines stay; the unshipped balance auto-cancels at 2 months, frees the stock, and you rewrite a fresh order.
